Potato Salad With Herby Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    1/3 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
    3 1/3 lb potatoes, scrubbed
Preparation
    To make the herby cream sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, chives, parsley and 1/4 cup warm water.
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender then drain. Let cool then slice into 3/4 inch thick rounds. Drizzle potatoes with herby cream sauce.
