Baked Macaroni With Sausage And Cauliflower - cooking recipe

4 None beef sausage links
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
7 oz cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 cup frozen peas
4 oz cream cheese spread
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups soft fresh breadcrumbs
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place sausages on a baking pan. Bake for 10 mins or until cooked. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 4 mins. Add cauliflower and peas; cook 2 mins longer or until almost tender. Do not overcook pasta and vegetables, as they will continue cooking when baked. Drain. Return to pan.
Add sausage, cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese to pasta mixture in pan; stir to combine. Divide mixture among four 1 1/2-cup ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle tops with combined breadcrumbs and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Place dishes to a baking pan.
Bake for 10 mins or until golden.
