Fresh Mozzarella With Papaya Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None papaya, peeled, cored and finely diced
    100 g Parma ham, finely diced
    1 None shallot, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    100 g baby leaf salad
    125 g ball buffalo mozzarella, halved
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the papaya, Prosciutto and shallot. Toss with the oil and vinegar and season with salt and black pepper.
    Arrange the salad on 2 plates and top with half of the mozzarella ball. Drizzle with the papaya salsa.
