Mint Berry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz strawberries, hulled, halved
6 oz raspberries
6 oz blueberries
2/3 cup grenadine
4 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped, plus extra sprigs to garnish
None None heavy cream or creme fraiche, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Combine berries in a serving dish. Add grenadine and mint and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours, to macerate, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve with cream or creme fraiche, if desired.
