Ingredients

2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
8 oz chocolate chip cookies, chopped coarsely
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil
10 None ice cream cones
Preparation

Beat ice cream in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in cookies. Pour into loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
For the chocolate topping, melt chocolate and oil in small bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water.
Scoop ice cream into cones. Drizzle with chocolate topping.
