Green Bean, Yellow Bean And Carrot Sauté - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup minced Vidalia onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1 sprig fresh thyme
1/2 lb baby carrots
1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
1/2 lb yellow beans, trimmed
Preparation

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion for 3 mins, or until softened. Add chicken broth, orange juice and thyme. Bring to a boil then add carrots. Simmer, covered, for 3 mins. Add beans, increase heat and cook, uncovered, for 3 mins, or until beans are tender and juice mixture has reduced to a glaze. Season.
