Sticky Walnut And Currant Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None large Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples, cored
    2 oz currants
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
    2/3 cup orange juice
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1 tbsp honey
    None None heavy cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place apples in a baking dish. Combine currants, sugar, walnuts and cinnamon in a bowl. Use to fill core of each apple. Cover with foil and bake for 25 mins, until almost tender.
    Combine orange juice, lemon juice and honey. Pour over apples. Bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, for 15 mins, until tender. Dust with cinnamon and serve with heavy cream, if desired.
