Chicken And Avocado Tortilla Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shredded roast chicken
    1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 None avocado, finely chopped
    1 medium tomato, finely chopped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tbsp finely chopped basil, plus additional leaves, to serve
    4 None flour tortillas
    None None Mixed salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 4 cups of a muffin pan.
    Combine chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomato, mayonnaise, chili sauce and basil in a large bowl.
    Microwave tortillas on High (100%) in 15-second increments until pliable. Carefully place in prepared muffin pan, shaping into cups. Bake 5 mins or until golden and crisp.
    Place tortilla cups on serving plates. Fill with chicken mixture and top with additional basil leaves. Serve with salad.
