Grilled Chicken With Zucchini And Garlic Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp curry powder
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    4 None chicken breasts
    1 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 None garlic clove, crushed
    3 tbsp chopped parsley, divided
    1 lb zucchini
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 None baguette, thinly sliced
    2 None tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
Preparation
    Mix the curry powder with the oil, salt and pepper. Halve the chicken breasts horizontally and cut each slice in half. Add the chicken to the oil mixture and marinate for about 1 hour.
    Mix the yogurt with the garlic and 1 tbsp of the parsley and transfer to a small serving dish. Use a potato peeler to pare off thin strips of zucchini. Brush with the olive oil and season lightly.
    Heat your outdoor grill or a grill pan and toast the bread on both sides. Grill the zucchini slices for 1 minute on each side. Drain the chicken pieces from the oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Arrange the chicken, zucchini and baguette on a serving platter.
    Pile a spoonful of the tomatoes on the garlic yogurt, then scatter the remainder over the zucchini with the rest of the parsley.
