Tuna And Potato Salad With Capers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lbs small white potatoes
    2 (5 oz cans) tuna in oil, drained, flaked
    1/2 None red onion, finely chopped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp capers
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 mins, or until tender. Drain, cool and slice each potato into 4 rounds.
    Combine potatoes, tuna, onion, mayonnaise, parsley and capers in a bowl, toss to coat well. Chill before serving.
