Sausage, Bean And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp olive oil
    1 lb beef sausages
    3 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 oz mixed greens
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed
    4 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/2 None small red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
    2 None tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 None small cucumber, cut into matchsticks
Preparation
    Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages for 8 mins, or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof plate to rest then slice.
    Combine remaining oil, vinegar and lemon juice in a large serving bowl. Season. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve.
