Stir-Fried Pork With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup chicken stock
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    3 tsp sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    1 lb breaded pork loins
    1 None red onion, cut into thick wedges
    1 None red bell pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
    10.5 oz egg noodles
    7 oz pak choy, thickly shredded
    2/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
    1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Whisk together stock, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil and garlic then set aside.
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook pork for 2 mins per side, or until golden and cooked. Drain on paper towels then slice. Add onion and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins, or until almost tender. Add noodles and sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 mins, or until sauce boils. Add pak choy and toss until wilted. Remove from heat then toss with pork, 1/2 the pecans and 1/2 cup cilantro.
    Transfer to shallow serving bowls. Serve topped with remaining pecans and cilantro.
