Zucchini And Green Olive Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp reduced fat ricotta chese
    2 None whole wheat pita breads
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced into ribbons
    4 oz mixed cherry tomatoes, sliced
    2 oz baby mozzarella balls, torn coarsely
    4 None pimento-stuffed olives, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Place pita on prepared pan. Spread each with the ricotta and top with zucchini, tomato, mozzarella and olives.
    Bake for 12 mins or until heated through. Top with spinach to serve.
