Nachos With Chunky Guacamole - cooking recipe

6 None flour tortillas
1 oz taco seasoning mix
10.5 oz mild tomato salsa
1 (13.5 oz) can mixed beans, rinsed, drained
2 oz stuffed green olives, halved
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
None None Guacamole
2 None large avocados, pitted, peeled
1 None onion, finely chopped
1 None large tomato, chopped
1 None lime, juiced
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
None None sour cream, sweet chili sauce and fresh cilantro, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange tortillas on tray. Lightly coat with oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning mix. Bake for 5-10 mins, or until crisp. Let cool then break into bite-sized pieces and arrange in a medium baking dish. Spoon salsa over chips followed by beans, olives and cheese. Bake for 10-15 mins, or until cheese melts.
Meanwhile, to make the guacamole, lightly mash avocado. Mix in remaining ingredients. Set aside.
Serve nachos topped with guacamole, sour cream, sweet chili sauce and cilantro.
