Passion Fruit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp powdered gelatin, bloomed in 2/3 cup cold water for 5 mins
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 oz mango juice
    10 oz passion fruit pulp
    None None whipped cream, to serve
    4 None mango slices, chopped, to serve
    4 None fresh mint leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Place 6 serving glasses (13.5 oz each) on a baking tray. Combine sugar, bloomed gelatin (with liquid) and flour. Cook, stirring, over low heat for 2 mins, or until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium, bring to a boil and cook for 1 min or until thickened slightly. Remove from heat, add mango juice and passion fruit pulp. Chill for 30 mins or until mixture starts to set.
    Whisk chilled passion fruit mixture for 8-10 mins, or until thick and creamy. Transfer to prepared glasses and chill for 4 hours or until set. Serve topped with whipped cream, mango and mint leaves.
