Ham, Mushroom And Pea Tortellini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 lb button mushrooms, sliced
8.75 oz ham, chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
5.25 oz frozen peas, thawed
3 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
3 None spring onions, thinly sliced
10.5 oz fresh tortellini, cooked al dente
Preparation

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook mushrooms for 4-5 mins, or until lightly browned. Set aside. Add ham and cook for 2 mins. Add cream and milk and stir until combined. Bring to a boil then add peas. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2 mins, or until sauce thickens. Return mushrooms to pan along with 1/2 the Parmesan, 1/2 the spring onions and hot pasta. Season.
Transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with remaining Parmesan and spring onions. Serve immediately.
