Baked Brie - cooking recipe

1 (7 oz) piece Brie cheese
2 sprigs fresh thyme, 1 sprig cut into 6 pieces, remaining leaves finely chopped
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 4 inch shallow ramekin.
Place cheese in prepared dish. Make 6 small slits into cheese and stuff with thyme sprigs. Pour wine over cheese. Cover dish and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 mins. Let stand, covered, for 10 mins. Serve sprinkled with lemon zest and finely chopped thyme.
