Sausage Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dash dry savory
1 dash cinnamon
7 tbsp ground mozarella cheese
1 medium sausage
3 tbsp milk
1 small cup water
3 tea spoon liquid oil
Preparation

Cut the sausage into rings, pour them in a pot and boil it in water.
Trow in a one person (serving) microwave plate, the mixture of cheese and cut sausages & the rest ingredients which is except from the savory and bake on the toppest shelf of the oven in, by down flame first,for 3 minutes, by the temperature for 90 degrees F.
Then cook over the cheese by an up flame for a minute further(until before when it,s not becoming bronze).
Bring the plate out and lay it on the table and throw the savory on it around. Next take it to the serving table.
