Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

2 None egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 1/4 cups olive oil
1 None shallot
1 tbsp cornichons
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
1 tbsp fresh dill
Preparation

In a food processor, combine egg yolks, lemon juice and mustard. Pulse until thick and pale. With motor running, slowly add oil in a thin, steady stream until very thick. Season. Add shallot, cornichons, capers and herbs. Process until finely chopped. Season.
