Pan-Fried Shrimp With Garlic And Parsley Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None large raw prawns, shell on
    1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
    4 None shallots, peeled and cut into fine rings
    1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1-2 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 3-4 mins, turning. Add the garlic and the shallots and fry on high heat for 1 more min. Add the butter and parsley. Season, then sprinkle with the lime juice. Pairs well with crusty bread.
