Roasted Pepper Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup roasted red pepper, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Process all ingredients and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Season to taste.
Serve with toasted whole wheat pita triangles.
