Bacon-Wrapped Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None chicken breasts, about 1/3 lb each, halved lengthwise
    8 strips bacon
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    1/2 lb mushrooms, halved
    14 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    4 tbsp parsley, chopped
    1/2 lb long grain rice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Wrap each chicken piece in a strip of bacon.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the bacon-wrapped chicken, onion and mushrooms, turning frequently. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add the mushroom soup to the frying pan with half the parsley and bring to a boil. Pour into the baking dish with the chicken, cover with foil and bake for 25 mins until the chicken is cooked through.
    Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining parsley and serve with the rice.
