French Toast Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large eggs
    1 cup milk
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    4 slices ham
    8 slices bread
    1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Season to taste.
    Place a slice each of cheese and ham on 4 slices of bread, and top with the remaining bread.
    Place the sandwiches in a dish. Pour over the egg mixture and soak for 5 mins, turning once.
    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Drain the excess egg from the sandwiches, then cook in batches for 2-4 mins each side, until the outside is golden and the filling is melting. Serve hot.
