Honeydew Granita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lb honeydew melon flesh, chopped
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp lime juice
    None None fresh fruit, to serve
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine melon, sugar and juice. Process until smooth.
    Transfer to a large, shallow baking dish. Freeze for 1 hour 30 mins, until almost completely frozen. Scrape a fork along surface to create small ice crystals.
    Return to freezer for 1 hour, or until completely frozen. Scrape again until entire mixture resembles ice crystals. Serve in small glasses with fresh fruit.
