Pasta With Raw Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs tomatoes, sliced
    2 None onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 cup pitted green olives, drained and sliced
    1 bunch oregano, leaves stripped and finely chopped
    1 bunch parsley, leaves stripped and finely chopped
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup capers, drained
    14 oz spaghetti
    None None Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes, onions, garlic, olives, herbs, oil and capers. Season with salt and pepper. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
    Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and mix with the raw tomato sauce. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
