Caesar Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None egg yolk
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 None anchovy fillets
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except for oils, in a food processor and process until smooth. With the motor running, drizzle in the oils, in a slow, steady stream. Stir in 3 tbsp water and season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
