Mediterranean Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 None medium onion, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
3 1/2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips
3 oz pitted green olives, halved
2 3/4 cup tomato and basil pasta sauce
1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
None None fresh basil, for garnish
Preparation

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until softened. Add the olives, pasta sauce and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 mins. Season.
To serve, toss the spaghetti with the sauce and arrange on serving plates. Sprinkle with the feta cheese and garnish with basil.
