Beef, Feta And Pine Nut Pinwheels - cooking recipe

1 lb ground beef
6 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Combine beef, feta and pine nuts in a bowl; season.
Spread 1/2 ground beef mixture evenly on each pastry sheets, leaving a 1-inch border on the edge across from you. Roll up tightly, starting with edge nearest you. Using a serrated knife, trim and discard ends. Slice each roll into 12 pinwheels. Place on prepared pans.
Bake for 25 mins, or until browned. Serve with tomato relish, if desired.
