Aioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None egg yolks
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp white wine, vinegar or lemon juice
    1 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, garlic, mustard and half of vinegar in a food processor; process for a few seconds.
    With motor running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream, ensuring each addition is absorbed before adding more. Blend in remaining vinegar; season. Spoon into a serving bowl.
