Corn Mummy'S Teeth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cobs corn, husk and silk removed, cut into 3/4 inch rounds, halved
3 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation

Cook corn in boiling salted water for 2 mins, until just tender. Drain.
Preheat broiler. Line a baking tray with foil. Arrange corn cobs on tray. Mix together butter, Parmesan and parsley. Season. Brush over corn and broil for 2-3 mins, until hot.
