Grilled Rib Eye With Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
4 None rib eye steaks, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp Montreal-style steak seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup red onion wedges
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp herbs de Provence
Preparation

Combine butter, herbs, garlic, 1/4 tsp lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice. Divide in half. Melt half and chill the remainder.
Preheat grill. Season steaks and sprinkle on both sides with seasoning mix. Brush with melted butter then grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 mins, turning once, or until cooked to your liking. Let rest for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook red onion and tomatoes for 5 mins. Season and add lemon juice and herbs de Provence.
