Banana Tarte Tatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 None bananas, sliced on a bias
    1 sheet puff pastry, thawed, trimmed into a 9 1/2 inch disc
    1 None egg, beaten lightly
    None None blueberries and strawberries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch pie dish.
    Combine butter, sugar, heavy cream and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 2 mins. Pour caramel sauce into prepared pie dish and top with sliced bananas.
    Place puff pastry over bananas and seal edges. Brush with beaten egg then bake, uncovered, for about 15 mins, or until golden brown.
    Carefully invert onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with fresh berries. Serve immediately.
