Double-Decker Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 None lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh chopped mixed herbs
None None Cracked black pepper
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
12 slices multigrain bread
2 cups watercress leaves
4 slices reduced sodium low fat ham
2 None tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Combine the avocado, lemon juice, herbs and cracked black pepper in a bowl.
Spread the cottage cheese on 4 slices of the bread. Top with watercress leaves and one slice of ham. Top each layer with another slice of bread. Arrange avocado and tomato slices on bread, and finish with remaining slices of bread.
