Turkey And Ham Salad With Mango Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup honey, warmed
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    1/3 cup peanut oil
    2 tsp sesame oil
    None None Salad
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 None small red chili pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
    1/2 lb leftover turkey, sliced
    1/2 lb leftover ham, sliced
    4 oz baby spinach leaves
    1 None small red onion, finely sliced
    2 oz mixed Asian herbs, such as cilantro, mint and Thai basil
    1 None large ripe mango, peeled, sliced
    None None toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Preparation
    For the marinade, mix together vinegar, sugar, garlic and chili pepper in a bowl. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Place turkey and ham in a shallow bowl and pour in vinegar mixture. Set aside.
    For the dressing, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, peanut oil and sesame oil in a bowl.
    To assemble, toss together spinach, onion, herbs, drained meats and mango. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
