Sautéed Zucchini With Garlic, Chili And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    12 leaves basil, finely sliced
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
    4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Preparation
    Cut the zucchini in to slices at a slight angle.
    Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the zucchini slices for about 2 minutes.
    Add the garlic and chili and fry a further minute.
    Sprinkle in the basil, season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Transfer the zucchini to a warmed serving dish and scatter over the grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
