Enchantress'S Ham & Pepper Jack Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large egg whites
    1 cup evaporated milk
    4 slices ham (chopped)
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    8 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper well. Put the cheese and ham in a greased pie plate and mix slightly. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
