Japanese Ume Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly
    1 tablespoon gingerroot, chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons umeboshi, chopped
    1/2 cup oil
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional) or 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice (optional)
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix in a blender for 30 seconds.
