Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water, boiling
    2 cups skim milk
    2 cups oatmeal (not quick cooking)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup raisins
    2 apples, chopped (or use pears)
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine water, milk, oats and salt in casserole.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake covered for 45 minutes.
    Uncover for last 5 minutes of baking.
    Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
