Cream Cheese Banana Bread (Moist) - cooking recipe

1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3 bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or banana cream)
Preparation

Cream together shortening, cream cheese, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Smash ripe bananas and mix in baking soda.
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix.
Add eggs one at a time to shortening mix.
Then add vanilla.
Slowly add flower mixture to shortening
Bake at 350 for 60 minute.
