Avocado Lime Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large avocados
2 tomatoes (seeded and chopped fine)
1 red onion (chopped fine)
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1 jalapeno (seeded and minced)
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Preparation

Halve, pit, and peel avocados.
Finely chop & stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve chilled.
