One-Bowl Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups all-purpose flour
    3 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    pumpkin pie spice (optional)
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    4 large eggs
    1 cup plain oil
    15 ounces solid-pack pumpkin
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup chopped walnuts (or more) or 1 cup pecans (or more)
    1 cup dark raisin
    1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the dry ingredients and spices.
    Add the eggs, oil and water.
    Stir in the walnuts (or pecans) and raisins. Add vanilla, if using.
    Put into two greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, checking after 50 or 55 minutes.
