Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    4 teaspoons fennel seeds
    4 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    8 lbs pork shoulder
Preparation
    Cut the pork into 1 1/2\" cubes.
    Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute.
    Grind.
    Shape sausage into patties.
