Quick Green Bean Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked
1 cup green beans, fresh or 1 cup green beans, frozen
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Combine ingredients in food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Store in the fridge until needed, and bring to room temperature before serving for best results.
Spread over whole wheat crackers and enjoy!
