Spicy Caribbean Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 hot chili pepper, seeded and chopped
    3 teaspoons gingerroot, minced
    1 3/4 lbs flank steaks, trimmed
    2 teaspoons caribbean jerk seasoning
Preparation
    Marinate steak in all ingredients 8 hours.
    Grill 6 minutes on each side.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
