Grandma'S Best Ever Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    2/3 cup margarine or 2/3 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed very ripe banana
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon white vinegar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon warm water
Preparation
    Mix together 4 tablespoons milk with 1 teaspoons white vinegar in a cup.
    Mix together 1 ts. baking soda with 1 tablespoons warm water in a separate cup.
    Beat sugar and margarine until blended.
    Add eggs and bananas and mix.
    Add everything else.
    Prepare a large.
