Cajun Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon chili flakes
    1 tablespoon celery salt
    1 teaspoon allspice
    2 whole garlic cloves, skinned
    2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
    2 tablespoons dried oregano
    2 tablespoons dried thyme
    1 teaspoon mixed peppercorn
Preparation
    Using your mortar and pestle, pound all the ingredients until fine and well combined.
    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 12 month.
