Yogurt-Herb Dip (Low-Carb) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup large-curd cottage cheese
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon dill, fresh
    1 tablespoon chives, fresh
    1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir together the cottage cheese, yogurt, dill, chives, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill for 1 hour to 24 hours. Serve with vegetable dippers.
