Easy Healthy Delicious Ovaltine Banana Smoothie Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, overripe (frozen or not)
    1/3 - 1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon ovaltine (chocolate flavour, for gluten-free, but I use original)
    2 teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Stick in a blender and blend!
