Bourbon Apple Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup apple cider
    1 cup bourbon whiskey
    3 cups sugar
    3 ounces liquid pectin
Preparation
    Combine apple cider, bourbon and sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir in pectin, stirring briskly.
    Return to boil, boil 1 minute. Test for gel. Skim off foam.
    Pour into jars, seal and process 10 minutes in waterbath or according to instructions with pectin.
