Salsa For One - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe roma tomatoes
3 cilantro stems, with leaves
2 green onions, diced
1 peeled and sliced garlic clove
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon diced red onion
Preparation

Put all ingredients except red onions and green onions in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into an air tight container and add green and red onions.
Stir salsa and close your container.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
